Transformation of the project organization to guarantee a continuous improvement service.

Description

In 2020, Monetech accompanied the County with the transformation of the project organization and to evolve from a data processing solution purchase to a structure where the County became the owner of the solution and is supported by third party application maintenance specialists, card production and customer relationship services to operate the system.

Main activities

Consultation and bid tenders

  • Strategy definition for the organization of  the professional and data processing services for the Youth card. 
  • Drafting of the proposals and assistance in the selection of service providers.
  • Supervision of the ownership transfer of the data processing system to the County and the market transformation including the follow-up of the impacts on the system.
